Circa 1890-1915

A style of design largely influenced by the beauty of nature.  You will see floral, plant and water images stylized to make them hyper-romantic.  This was an amazing time in the arts, where the walls between high art and applied art shifted or were eliminated.   There was an elevation of materials that were previously overlooked for fine jewelry like coral and seed pearls which adds to the feminine nature of this era.
